Professional and Prompt Service
Called in the morning the engineer was here at 130pm,very straightforward and professional service. Quickly diagnosed problem and recommended replacing the machine. Very upfront and good advice. Extremely satisfied and will certainly use again and will recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

Excellent Service
Just had my dishwasher repaired. Engineer came when he said he would. Proficient, got right down to business. Identified the problem quickly and repaired it. He was considerate and polite. Left no mess. His charges were very reasonable. One delighted customer!

Can't recommend highly enough
I phoned Mr Howatson to get a quote for washing machine brush repair. I accepted his quote and he was able to attend within an hour of call. Repair was completed within 20mins. Very happy with his work and would recommend him highly.

After my initial call regarding my oven not heating, Quintin called, diagnosed the problem, advised me of cost, ordered the part and within 48 hours my oven was repaired. Excellent service.... Mrs Jackson.

A truly superior company for domestic repairs
Had an issue with my oven today and it was repaired by lunchtime. Unbelievable service and certainly, second to none.
Efficient, effective service at a reasonable price with an engineer that has a wealth of knowledge of domestic appliance repairs. Fantastic company.

Very professional
Its great to get someone who knows exactly what he's doing. Had a problem with my built in fridge which he managed to solve in no time and at a competitive price. Will definitely be in touch again should anything else arise with fridge, oven etc. Very impressed!

Washer Dryer repair
Quickly sorted out an issue with a washer dryer not drying. Very happy with the service and professionalism offered.
The job was completed quickly and explained fully what the issue was and how it was fixed.

First rate service
Quintin came to my property three times within a week - always on time - to fix my washer dryer. Turned out that there was a fault which was a potential fire hazard so we decided to scrap the machine. Quintin insisted on refunding me half of the call out charge, which I thought was absolutely amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend his service and he will be the first I will call for any future problems.

Genuine Honest Guy
We used Quintin a while back and didn't realise that he had this review facility. Never too late to say how impressed we were with his service and manner. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a good job, well done at a fair price when compared to the larger concerns offering a similar service. Phone Quintin first!!!

I phoned Quintin at 9am to tell him I had a problem with my dishwasher. He said he could be with me by midday and true to his word he arrive at noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved on the spot.
I've used him previously and I'll have no hesitation in using him again.
I am happy to recommend a terrific local business.

What can I say about this guy except his work and speed is first class. I called him out to an elderly lady who was desperate for her oven to be repaired. Within two hours Ayrshire Domestics came out and fully repaired it with no disruption to the lady . The gentleman explained everything he was doing as he went along . I can never thank him enough for the fast response . I highly recommend and would use again without any doubt

Mr Howatson is reliable, upfront with repair costs, efficient and pleasant. I strongly recommend him and will have no hesitation in contacting him again should an appliance require attention.,Mr Howatson diagnosed the problem with the machine and gave me a price for the repair, over the phone . An arrangement was made for him to come to fix it and he arrived promptly. He certainly knew his way around what is a fairly old model and the new pump was installed with the minimum amount of fuss. Because of its age he had a thorough inspection, finding another small part badly worn which would soon also cause bother. To save another call out it was agreed that this also be replaced. I strongly recommend Mr Howatson: he is professional, upfront with his charges, reliable and pleasant. I shall certainly call him again if any other appliances require attention.

Called Ayrshire Domestics at 9 am today. Mr Howitson came at lunchtime, diagnosed the problem and replaced worn parts to have machine working again. Great service at a competitive price and with no surprises.

I'm glad I called Ayrshire Domestics - the dishwasher was fixed in minutes thanks to expert knowledge of the layout of filters and a nifty handpump. And, as it say on the website, you get the man himself not a call centre!

Washing machine stopped working and called late afternoon and it was repaired following morning within half an hour of arrival.

Control knob on my washing machine broke. As soon as part was delivered to him (only few days later) Mr Howatson called & was here an hour later. Excellent service, excellent price & a very polite professional man. Will recommend him to anyone needing a repair.

Came out the same day I called to fix my washing machine. Very friendly. Charged me the price that was quoted on the phone, which was very competitive. I was delighted with the speed and service of this lovely man. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him.

My washing machine wasn't draining properly and I thought an expensive new pump would be solution. Quintin came round the same day I called him, he quickly diagnosed that the drainage pipe was squashed behind machine - he flattened it out and machine now works. I'd recommend Ayrshire Domestics for prompt, friendly service and he knows his stuff! Good value on prices also. It's good to know there are reliable repair people.

Fixed my cooker the same day I phoned and at the price I was quoted on the phone. The cheapest quote I got and with a years guarantee as well. It certainly pays to shop around. Will recommend to everyone I know.

With my Hotpoint washing machine showing a fault code, I needed help. Here's a guy who "did what it says on the tin". Beats the daylights out of the "usual suspects - manufacturer, alliancefix etc. who wanted £120 plus, even if it was just a call-out or a blockage.. This guy's price was reasonable and fair. He came the following morning, arrived bang on time, took care there was no mess, quick diagnosis. New pump as suspected. Done and dusted in under an hour even having to manually drain the machine --at a fraction of the "big boys price. Delighted. Kept his number? You bet! JJA Prestwick
